Rope Course

Rope Courses in Fiji

Enjoy this fun but challenging adventure, we know that the course will suit everyone aged 8 to 70 and beyond! There is specialist equipment to suit every shape and size. The High Rope elements are made of utility poles and require a belay for safety. It can be seen as the ultimate group or team challenge.

Two Strand Bridge

This is the beginning of your high ropes adventure. Climb the 10m pole using the ladder and the staples provided on the side of the pole. Then take a deep breath and start your adventure by walking sideways on the cable with the support of one strand of rope running across.

Three Strand Bridge

From the two strand bridge climb over the platform and walk between poles on the cable and supporting yourself with one strand rope on your both sides.

Multi Vine

The Multivine is a nail-biting high wire walk across two poles at the height of 10m. You are harnessed in as you traverse across a thin wire while trying to grab hold of a series of vines for support.

Islands In The Sky

A solo element, climb the pole and step onto a platform. Walk carefully along the dangling platforms between two poles. Move from one to the other, holding on tightly, before stepping off to finish.

Cat Walk

This is a great activity for balance and self confidence. Walk along the suspended beam to the other side. This event shows how fear affects our perception. Participants who easily cross a log at ground level suddenly are hesitant and nervous when the log is 10m higher.

Burma Bridge

Provides hand lines and thick loops of ropes to help you cross. With plenty of stability and support, fear and self motivation are the chief obstacles to overcome.

Dangle Duo

A great team relationship event. Done in pairs the giant's ladder is a powerful tool. Imagine a ladder eight feet wide with logs for rungs. Each step gets progressively bigger, from three to six feet apart. You will find out quickly how important it is to help each other and that your success depends on the success of your team mate(s).

Leap Of Faith

You are in a harness and hooked to safety lines called 'belays'. You climb a pole. At the top you stand on the same pole platform, 1ft in diameter. If you are able to stand on the platform, you turn to face an orange ball, which is adjusted just seemingly out of reach. You then jump for the ball and if successful at hitting the ball, you are immediately caught by the safety lines and lowered to the ground.

Flying Fijian (not included in half day adventure)

One person is attached to a rope by a harness with the rope running through a pulley attached to a cable 11mtrs off the ground. The rope then comes back down to the ground and is held by the remainder of the team. Both parties run in different directions and, well you just have to see it for yourself!

Giant Swing

You climb a platform 12mtrs high, the instructor pulls on two cables and attaches you to it. Feel the G-forces when you step out of the platform and start plummeting towards the ground. Then the massive cables take hold and swing you. Professional instructors facilitate your session and will set you up with your harnesses, helmets and safety lines. You swing in a controlled environment using industry approved techniques.

Fast, fun, and exhilarating, this spectacular adventure offers nature lovers and thrill seekers alike, ages 10 and up, the unique opportunity to zip through the treetops on a cable suspended high above the forest floor, overlooking the Namosi River, and other nature flora. You will be transported along a 440mtr scenic nature trail to the end of the course.
